  • HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO ONLY WORK OUT 15 MINUTES A WEEK AND SEE RESULTS?

    ARX uses Artificial Intelligence software and an electric motor to give you the most intense workout of your life. In a regular gym you try and replace intensity with volume. When you focus on intensity, you simply do not have to work as many days.
  • CAN I WORKOUT ON THE ARX MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK

    For some, working out twice a week on the ARX is possible. But for most it takes around a week to recover fully and gain the maximum amount of muscle. If you do want to try and work out on the ARX twice we highly recommend the use of our wellness and recovery moalities.
  • CAN I STILL DO OTHER TYPES OF WORKOUTS

    As far as building muscle goes, you really don’t want or need to do anything else. But we always recommend staying as active as possible so anything else you enjoy is fair game.
  • CAN THE ARX HURT ME BECAUSE IT IS SO INTENSE

    The ARX uses adaptive resistance which makes it almost impossible for the machine to hurt you. If a rep is too much you just simply stop trying and the resistance immediately goes away. The ARX is frequently used in Rehab facilities for this very reason.

  • What is your cancellation policy for monthly services?

    To cancel your membership it must be active and requires a minimum of 30 days notice or one final draft will be made.
